Erica + Taylor

These two have been on our blog a ton, and it’s because they really are amazing. This backyard Minneapolis wedding was one for the books, and honestly one of the most touching ceremonies we’ve been apart of. We’re so thankful for these two, their love for all the humans + animals around them.

We arrived to the wedding party getting ready in the home these two shared together. Ericas friends got ready upstairs while Taylor and his friends got ready downstairs. Their fur-babies were casually hanging out around the property while everyone put the finishing touches on the tables lined up in the backyard. And their german shepard brought taylor the rings they exchanged during the ceremony. It was seriously such a wholesome and heartwarming moment as they pronounced their love in a self proclaiming ceremony. 

The reception was nothing short of a dream, with string lights hung up, peacock chairs as ‘head table’ and jello shots sprinkled throughout every table. They brought in a vegan food truck + icecream truck, had reusable cups and thrifted decorations/cutlery. We hope more couples choose to hop on this idea, and we love how little waste was created. This day is forever one for the books + we’re so thankful we got to witness the marriage of such genuine humans.
